회전형 포스코더는 비접촉형 절대위치 검출방식으로 제철, 제강, 타이어, 프레스 등의 산업분야에서 절대위치 검출 또는 각도 검출에 사용됩니다.

직선형 포스코더는 제철소 현장의 정비 시간과 유지비용을 획기적으로 낮추기 위해 제철공정에 최적화하여 개발된 센서입니다. 직선 위치를 정확하게 검출하기 위한 목적으로 사용되며 높은 신뢰성과 내구성이 특징입니다.
마그넷 센서
마그넷 근접 센서는 기존 유리관식 마그넷 스위치의 문제점을 획기적으로 개선한 근접스위치입니다. 방수, 방진, 방습, 방열 등 내구성 향상을 위해 SUS304 재질을 사용하였고 열악한 환경에서의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 센서와 AMP를 분리하였습니다.
엔코더
엔코더는 회전각에 대한 절대 위치를 Binary 혹은 Gray Code로 출력하는 절대형(Absolute) 엔코더와, 상대 위치를 펄스(Pulse) 형태로 출력하는 증분형(Incremental) 엔코더로 나뉩니다. 자사의 POSCODER는 내진동 설계 기술을 적용하여 내구성이 뛰어나며 안정적인 출력을 제공합니다.
컨트롤러
기존에 기계식 캠스위치의 단점을 획기적으로 개선한 전자식 캠스위치 입니다. 간단한 조작으로 On/Off값을 설정하면 캠스위치 출력을 얻을 수 있습니다. 또한 다양한 형태(Binary, BCD, Gray Code)의 현재치 출력이 가능합니다. 자사의 회전형 센서를 사용하여 각도 및 위치를 검출합니다.
컨버터
센서의 위치데이터를 Binary, Gray Code 형태, 펄스의 형태로 출력합니다. 제품에 따라 Profibus,
SSI, Ethernet 통신이 가능합니다.
센서와 Converter가 분리되어있기 때문에 신뢰성과 내구성이 높고 근접 스위치의 경우 현장에 가지 않아도 동작 거리 설정이 가능합니다.
기타
현장에 설치된 센서와 컨트롤룸의 컨트롤러 및 컨버터 간 거리가 먼 경우 연장케이블을 사용할 수 있습니다. 다양한 형태의 커넥터 및 단자를 고객의 요구에 맞게 제작해드립니다.

The linear sensor mounted inside the cylinder is a semi-absolute type that detects changes in magnetoresistance.
The sensor consists only of a coil without an electronic circuit.
As a result, it is stable in operation such as steel manufacturing equipment in various extreme environmental conditions such as high temperature of 120 ℃., vibration, shock, water and oil.
Magnet Sensors
Magnet sensor is a magnet switch which problems of the existing glass-tube type magnetic switch are considerably enhanced. It uses SUS 304 material to provide excellent durability including waterproof, dust-proof, damp-proof and heat-proof.
The MGP sensors enable the forced output function in emergency situation, the operation status and positioning functions by separating the sensor from the controller.
Encoder
Encoders are classified into Absolute encoders, which provide the absolute position of the rotation angle in Binary or Gray Code, and Incremental encoders, which provide the relative position through pulse outputs. Our POSCODER features an advanced vibration-resistant design, ensuring exceptional durability and stable output.
Controllers
ALPHACAM is an electronic cam switch that replaces the traditional mechanical cam switch, allowing the keypad to simply set the on / off angle and provide many switch outputs. ALPHACAM can output high-precision position data by converting absolute position data to binary code or gray code using POSCODER, a rotary absolute position sensor.
Converters
Convert the output position data by converting absolute position data to binary code or gray code or pulse. Profibus, SSI, and Ethernet communication are available depending on the product.
The sensor and converter are separated for high reliability and durability. For proximity switches, you can set the working distance without going to the spot.
Others
Extension cables can be used if the distance between the sensor installed in the field and the controller or converter installed inside the control room is far. For more information, please refer to the manual or contact us.
